Who is responsible

What we keep

From the adult: email, name if given, encrypted password, date of acceptance of this notice. From each profile: nickname, age and progress in the exercises. Later, if HAON's companion is activated, the conversations with it: encrypted, kept 30 days, exportable and deletable by the adult, and never used to train anything.

What for

To open the account, choose the module and the voice by age, save progress and notify the adult when needed. Nothing else.

What we do not do

We do not sell or share data. There are no ads. We do not ask for the child's full name, photo or school. We do not run diagnostic tests or questionnaires.

Minors

The account is always opened by an adult who declares being the mother, father or guardian. Child and teen profiles live inside that account.

Your rights

Access, rectification, cancellation and opposition: write to contacto@haon.com.mx from the account email and we answer within 20 business days as Mexican law requires.

The most important part

HAON is a companion, not a psychologist or a health service. It does not diagnose or treat. If someone is at risk: Línea de la Vida 800 911 2000 and 911.
