02 · Why it exists
HAON is Noah spelled backwards. Noah is a neurodivergent boy; his dad, who cares for him and guides him, is neurodivergent too. One night, at the kitchen table, they asked a simple question: if the world is not built for the way we think, what would software built for the way we think look like?
The answer was a way of working: remove what punishes different minds and keep what matters. That is where HAON, the intelligence that now works inside companies, came from. And that is where HAON Ayuda comes from: the same thing, but for learning.
Noah gives the house its name, and Teo names what is learned in it. Teo is Noah's older brother: he was the first to teach him to count.
What works for a different mind works for anyone. Different is not less. Different is better.

HAON charges per operation, with credits. Of every credit an organization buys, one tenth is for this: building and giving away learning tools.
HAON Ayuda is in the process of being legally incorporated. Once that is done, you will be able to see here how much came in and how it was used, with the same verifiability HAON demands of every certificate it issues.
Every company that uses HAON is paying, without noticing, for tomorrow's lesson of a child who learns differently.
A heart made of pieces that fit together and form the whole heart. It is not a heart with a missing piece, nor a child trying to fit in.
It is the other way around: the child arranges their own pieces and builds a place where you fit. They do not seek to fit in. They make room.
